مقرها مدينة القاهرة ( القاهرة الفاطمية)وكالة الغورى للتراث

تكونت فى فبراير 1988 بمقر قصر الغورى للتراث وهو قصر متخصص بهدف إحياء الأشكال التراثية الفنية التى اندثرت أو هى على وشك الاندثار وتقدم

عروضها بصفة دورية طوال العام أيام السبت والأربعاء بوكالة الغورى شارع الازهر. كما شاركت فى كل المناسبات الوطنية داخل جمهورية مصر العربية،

وشاركت وتشارك فى برنامج التبادل الثقافى الخارجى والمهرجانات الدولية وقد زارت الفرقة وقدمت عروضها فى كل من  كندا- الولايات المتحدة الامريكية-

فنزويلا - النمسا - التشيك - المجر - رومانيا-  بلغاريا- تركيا- سويسرا- فرنسا- بلجيكا- هولاندا- اسبانيا- البرتغال- المملكة المتحدة- إيطاليا-اليونان- مالطا- السويد- النرويج-

الدانمارك- فلندا- استراليا- اليابان- الصين- كورياالشمالية- كورياالجنوبية - سنغافورة- الهند-  كينيــــــــــــا-  المغرب- الجزائر- تونس- الاردن- سوريا- المملكة السعودية- اليمن- الامارات- قطر.

تقدم الفرقة عرضها بمصاحبة الآلات الموسيقية الشعبية ( الربابه-السلاميه-المزمار-الصاجات-المزمار-الطبلة) كما يقوم بالغناء بمصاحبة الرقص منشد شعبى يعتمد على التلقائية والإنشاد الدينى .

عناصر الرقص بالفرقة تعتمد على راقص التنوره ( اللفيف) والراقصين ( الحناتيه) الذين يرقصون بآلة الإيقاع (المزهر).

AL TANNOURA TROUPE FOR CULTURAL HERITAGE

Al Tannoura Troupe is one of the Egyptian folk troupe, established by the General Organization for Cultural Palaces at Egypt’s

Ministry of Culture. The group is based on the capital at the old Fatmis Cairo, mainly at wekalet al ghoury . The Troupe was

formed in 1988 at the Ghury Palace, which is specialized in reviving and renovating the inherited artistic and cultural themes that

have been endangered or about to diminish. The al-Tannoura Troupe, which performs twotimes a week (on SAT.,., WED.) all year- round in Cairo, has also been taking part in all the national festivals.  It has also been to Japan, Italy, France, USA,

Austria, Hungary, Kenya, Greece, Singapore, Romania, Sweden,  Norway, Denmark, Turkey, UK, India,  Holland, Australia,

Finland, Czech, Canada, Venezuela, Portugal, Swiss, China, South Korea, North Korea, Hong Kong, Syria, Lebanon, Tunisia, Jordan, Morocco,  and Yemen.

Popular and folk musical instruments usually accompany the troupe’s performance like Rababa, Salamia, flute, drums,

tambourines and sanjes ). These instruments accelerate the dancers’ warm up and enlighten the colorful atmosphere of the stage

performance. A folk singer who recites religious verses (Inshad Deni) and songs in praise of the Prophet (PBUH) Mohammed.   The senior dancer, known as the ‘Lafife’ or the one going in infinite circles, and the junior dancers the ‘Hanatia’ all dance to the

rhythmic intonation of the Tambourines. They are not professionally trained but rather inherited this art spontaneously from their forefathers.
